Charlevoix Roof Replacement

Our team traveled to Charlevoix, Michigan to complete a roof replacement on a customer’s second home. During the initial inspection, we discovered the roof had two layers of existing shingles, as well as multiple sections of rotted roof decking that required replacement.

After performing a full tear-off of both layers, we replaced the damaged decking and installed a new roofing system designed to properly protect the home from northern Michigan weather. The finished project left the homeowner with a reliable, long-lasting roof and peace of mind for their seasonal property.
